How We Vet

Once a candidate is identified we conduct two phone interviews. First by the recruiter to determine that a) the candidate does possess the necessary skills outlined in the business requirement, b) personality type and c) availability. The candidate is then contacted by the sales representative to answer any further questions or address any concerns that the canddiate may have.

An in person interview will be held to confirm the information gathered from the phone interviews to ensure that this is indeed a good match for both the organization and the applicant.

We also perform on-line searches of candidates which in many cases provides us with a better understanding of the people we are considering engaging.

As required, the recruiter will verify three references from the candidate. Lastly, we will present the consultant for the requirement.
